PROSPECTIVE RESOURCE-PROBE NATIVE INTERFACE 3 October 2026 UTC. Offline implementation; no paid calls or readiness assertion. benchmark/necessity_resource_probe_native.py builds a canonical public packet from the simulator observation, complete mechanics and explicit operator-prefix count. It includes no hidden realized-world field or cell identity. Initial packets are equal across true/false need for every registered contract. The interface rejects any altered packet before reserving a request. Disclosed mechanics include consumption at submission, delayed reliable reports, reserve requirements, completion-time authority, deadline ordering, irreversible expiry, terminal settlement, absence of repair/replenishment, and outcome scoring. The certificate's synthetic perfect reliability remains explicit. The system instruction requests justified service protection, without supplying the correct sequence. No new procedure arm or attacker capability is introduced. The prospective adapter reuses the reviewed native payload controls and strict response decoder without editing their frozen sources. Exactly one legal native tool executes per response. Provider/model mismatches, malformed calls, empty completion and truncation are technical unknowns without scored outcomes. Normal nonempty text termination consumes a disclosed finish(unknown) tick; unstructured prose truth is not measured. Opaque reasoning metadata is preserved in subsequent messages. Completed outcomes must match the independent probe fold. The existing shared ledger reserves before transport, persists receipts before decoding, holds uncertain transport charges, and prevents automatic replay of a held call. Offline tests use temporary ledgers and injected synthetic responses. They make no provider requests and do not establish native provider compatibility. The seven previously passing routes have not been probed against this exact five-tool interface; Google native access remains unverified. No routing or price filter was changed, and no old source/collection freeze was amended. Checks: tests/test_necessity_resource_probe_native.py covers all eight initial contract pairs, valid conditional rescue with metadata continuity, unknown-versus- inaction separation, text-stop settlement, disclosure tampering, and hold/no-retry. The simulator's separate tests retain capacity/timing and observation partition checks. A source/analysis/matrix/price freeze is still required before collection.
