Prospective Google schema diagnostic, 2026-10-03 UTC

Changed only the declaration of argument-free tools: omit their parameters field.
Strict local empty-argument validation and all routing/privacy/reasoning/price
controls remained intact. The new source and request identity were committed before
the request; the original held request was not replayed. No scored world was shown.

The first event-schema request returned HTTP404. An allowlisted indicator matched
the phrase no endpoints in the API error. No empty-object, reasoning or data-policy
indicator matched. The run stopped before any usable completion receipt or tool
action. This supports routing/parameter eligibility failure in the diagnostic
configuration, not a refusal or dangerous model behavior. It neither confirms
which routing filter excluded the endpoint nor proves the original error's cause.
Raw error text and credentials were not exported. No further request was made.

Changing the parameterless schema did not by itself produce an eligible route.
Before another paid diagnostic, inspect the complete provider filters, including
only, require_parameters, data_collection and every max_price component against
the endpoint metadata. In particular, the frozen text-only payload sets image
max_price to0 while Google's public endpoint advertises a positive image rate.
Whether this excludes a text request is a hypothesis requiring documentation or
a prospective controlled check, not an established cause. Do not relax privacy
or silently change the final frozen protocol to obtain a pass.

One new USD1 reservation remains unresolved. Reconciled necessity cost is unchanged
at USD0.506789136. Necessity holds total USD3.00. Lifetime accounted amount is
USD39.9075566736; remaining original authorization USD10.0924433264. HTTP404 does
not establish zero billing. No reservation was released or request retried.

Google remains unverified; seven other routes passed their unchanged interface
checks. Full collection remains gated by native access, concrete prior-case
equivalence review and compatible spending authorization. The budget increase
question remains unanswered and grants no additional funds.
